Refund and Return Policy

1. Return window and condition

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. To ensure a smooth process, your item must be unused and in its original packaging. This includes all padding, boxes, and inserts. Please have your proof of purchase ready. These conditions apply unless we shipped the wrong item or it arrived damaged.

  • You must provide proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt.

Do not ship a package until we approve the return in writing. We will not accept returns after 30 days unless the item is a verified defect.

2. Product-specific conditions

To qualify for a standard return, you must return items in their original state. This means no washing, cleaning, oiling, cutting, tumbling, or modification. All items must remain exactly as you received them. For ceramic vases, scented candles, table centerpieces, decorative throw pillows, or wall art prints, keep them untouched.

3. How to start a return

  1. Email tientran2401.amz@gmail.com with your order number, the product name, and the reason for the return.
  2. Wait for written approval. We will send you the return mailing address.
  3. Pack the item securely so it arrives intact and send it with a trackable carrier.
  4. After we receive and inspect the package, we will email you with details about your refund or next steps.

Packages sent without prior approval may be refused or returned to you at your expense.

4. Who pays return shipping

You are responsible for return shipping costs. We will cover shipping costs only if we shipped the wrong item or the item arrived damaged or defective. We do not provide prepaid return labels for change-of-mind returns. Please keep your tracking number until the refund is fully processed.

5. Defective or damaged items

If an item arrives defective or damaged, email photos of the issue, any carton damage, and the product to tientran2401.amz@gmail.com with your order number. We will replace the item at no extra cost once we confirm the issue. You may also request a refund instead. Do not discard the original packaging until we have reviewed the photos.

6. Refund timing and method

After we receive and inspect an eligible return, we issue the refund within 5–10 business days. The refund goes back to the original payment method used at checkout: Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Amazon Pay. We do not send refunds to a different account, name, or method.

  • Full refunds apply when the item meets the unused-in-original-packaging rules in this policy.
  • Partial refunds may apply if original packing, padding, or lot contents are missing, or if damage occurred after delivery and was not our error.

7. What we cannot take back

  • Items that have been washed, cleaned, or modified, including ceramic vases, scented candles, table centerpieces, decorative throw pillows, and wall art prints, unless the item arrived defective or damaged.
  • Items that have been separated from their original lot or packaging, including raw materials and bulk sets, unless the item arrived defective or damaged.
  • Items that have been cut, drilled, or polished, unless the item arrived defective or damaged.
  • Items missing original packing or padding, unless the item arrived defective or damaged.

8. Late or missing refunds

If more than 10 business days have passed after we confirmed the refund, please check the Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Amazon Pay account you used at checkout. Wallet and bank posting can take extra days after we send the funds. If you still do not see your refund, email tientran2401.amz@gmail.com with your order number so we can trace it.
