Payment Methods
At GOLDENYX LLC, we make checking out simple. You can use one of three seamless wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Amazon Pay. Everything is priced in US dollars (USD). Choose the wallet that appears on your device. Confirm the payment there, and your order is placed instantly. You do not need separate payment methods.
How to Complete Your Order
Start by adding the items you love to your cart. This could be ceramic vases, scented candles, or other products. Proceed to checkout and enter your shipping and billing information. On the payment screen, you will see Apple Pay, Google Pay, and/or Amazon Pay if your device supports them. Select your preferred wallet. Confirm the payment. Your purchase is complete. You will receive an email with your Order ID for tracking and support.
Which payment options you see depends on your device and browser. Apple Pay is available on supported Apple devices. Google Pay usually appears if your browser and Google account are set up. Amazon Pay shows up when you can sign in with your Amazon account. If one wallet is missing, simply choose one of the other two options available. If none of the three are visible, try a different browser or device. You can also reach out to us for assistance before finalizing your order.

1. Apple Pay
When Apple Pay appears, select it at checkout. Confirm the payment using Face ID, Touch ID, or your device passcode. Your order will be placed instantly. Keep your Order ID handy for any shipping or refund inquiries.
If Apple Pay does not show up, choose Google Pay or Amazon Pay instead.
2. Google Pay
Choose Google Pay when it appears. Complete the payment process on your device. Your order is confirmed when you finalize the payment. Availability depends on your browser and Google account settings. The amount charged matches the total displayed on our checkout screen.
If Google Pay is not available, use Apple Pay or Amazon Pay instead.
3. Amazon Pay
Choose Amazon Pay when it appears. Sign in with your Amazon account if prompted. Confirm the payment to complete your order. The transaction is final upon confirmation. The amount charged matches the USD total on our checkout screen.
For support and tracking, always use the Order ID from your confirmation email, not an Amazon marketplace order number. If Amazon Pay is not showing, stick with Apple Pay or Google Pay.
Currency, Totals, and Refunds
All prices, shipping fees, and taxes on https://goldenyx.space/ are displayed in USD. You are charged the total shown on the checkout screen. You finalize the payment using the wallet you selected. If the confirmation does not go through, the order has not been placed.
Approved refunds are always returned to the original wallet method you used. Apple Pay refunds go through Apple Pay. Google Pay refunds go through Google Pay. Amazon Pay refunds go through Amazon Pay. Please allow 7 to 10 business days after we approve the refund for the funds to appear, depending on the wallet. Troubleshooting Payment Issues
If a wallet button seems missing, do not try to place the order twice. Switch to one of the other available wallets or try a different browser. Place the order once. If the checkout process fails, check your email first. You may already have a completed Order ID and payment.
If you completed a payment but did not receive a confirmation, email us the Order ID. Tell us which wallet you used. Include the date of the transaction. Do not send any login details via email. If you are still unsure, please contact us first.
The only ways to complete a payment on this storefront are Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Amazon Pay at checkout. Please do not attempt to send payment information outside of the payment screen.
